Why we're here
If you've got PMOS, you already know the drill: the confusing diagnosis, the conflicting advice, the lack of professional support, the 15 open tabs of supposed miracle cures, and nowhere to turn next. You don't need another wellness account telling you to breathe through it.
You need real women who actually get it. That's why we exist.
What we're about
We're a community for women with PMOS built on three things: real support, no-nonsense resources, and ā as we grow ā actual, in-person community. Not another place of vague affirmations, or someone who talks down to you or oversells a cure. Just honesty, humour, and people who understand exactly what you're dealing with because they're dealing with it too.
We started as a blog because well, we needed somewhere to have a good old rant about the parts of PMOS nobody warns you about ā the exhaustion, the frustration, the sheer admin and cost of managing a body that doesn't play by the rules and the absurdity of it all.
We're creating the space we wish existed from day one.
Who this is for
Women with PMOS, obvs. Whether you were diagnosed last week or decades ago, whether you're deep in symptom-management mode or just trying to find people who understand what you've been carrying for most of your life, weāre happy to have you here! We also hope that our resources and platform will be a safe and non-judgmental place for the support network surrounding those of you with PMOS. So share this with partners, pals and hey maybe even your HR team?!
Right now, we're UK-based and growing. Our plan is to build a solid online, accessible community of resources, real-life accounts of PMOS and peer support, before hosting in-person meetups in the UK.
Who we are
Merry
Founder - Based in London, UK
Hello! Iām Merry. Both by name and nature - well, most of the time anyway.
I was diagnosed with PMOS (or PCOS as it was back then!) at 15 and in the decades since, I have struggled with my identity around this condition, what works for me vs. others, and where to turn to for help and support.
I hope by being here now I can help you not to feel as alone as I did. Welcome along!
